Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy ensures clarity around cancellations and refunds for our services.

At Peak Reach Digitals, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing services. Since our work involves time, effort, and resources, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation by Client

  • If the client cancels a project before work has started, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued at our discretion.
  • If the project is already in progress, no refund will be issued.

2. Refunds

  • Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
  • For advance payments, refunds will only be considered if the project has not yet commenced.

3. Cancellation by Peak Reach Digitals

If we are unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

4. Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third-party platforms (ads, hosting, tools, etc.) are non-refundable and outside our control.
